Andy Cheung

Andy joined Five V Capital in 2024 as part of the investment team, where he leads deal origination, execution, and portfolio management.

Andy has over 6 years’ experience working as a growth focused private equity investor and adviser across multiple industries with a focus on software and technology, consumer, and healthcare.  Prior to joining Five V, Andy worked at Quadrant Private Equity’s Growth Fund, Canva, and Macquarie Capital’s Principal Finance and TMET investment banking teams.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
