Angus Whitehead

Angus has over 15 years of experience in private equity and M&A in Australia, NZ and the UK, and has previously led investments across the technology, consumer, industrials, business and financial services sectors.

Angus was a founding member of the Five V Capital investment team, having joined in 2017 to support Five V's first private equity fund. Prior to joining Five V, Angus was an Investment Manager at Marwyn Capital in London, where he focused on long-term, 'buy-and-build' investments across the telecoms and media sectors. Angus was previously also an Executive in the EY M&A advisory team in both Sydney and London where he specialised in the financial services sector.

Angus has a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University. Angus is also a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
