Brett Thebault

Brett has founded and exited multiple start-up and scale-ups in the Data and AI space and has a real appreciation of the funding challenges founders face.

Brett supports the Five V Venture Capital team as a Venture Partner on the ground in Brisbane and more broadly across Australia. He’s a Data and AI partner in Mantel, and sits on the boards of a number of scale ups across the Australian health tech and AI space. He moved to Australia from London to support EY in building out their Data and AI practice before building his own consulting firm in the same space which was acquired by Mantel in 2022.

Brett has a BA (Hons) from Oxford University and an MA from Oxford University. He is also a company director.
