Graham Brooke

Graham has 25 years’ experience as a private equity professional in Australia, the UK and Europe. He has been involved in numerous investments across multiple industry sectors and geographies as an investor and board director.

Prior to joining Five V as a senior advisor, Graham was a managing director at CPE Capital (formerly CHAMP Private Equity). He started his career in corporate finance with Arthur Andersen in London, where he qualified as a chartered accountant, before joining leading global private equity firm, CVC Capital Partners. Graham spent 15 years with CVC in London and Sydney.

Graham holds a master's degree in Classics from Oxford University. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales (ACA, ICAEW).
