Matt Coffey

Matt has over five years’ experience in private equity and corporate advisory, working closely with founders and management teams to back growth, lead acquisitions, and support operational improvements.

Prior to joining Five V, Matt spent 3 years in Investment Banking with Houlihan Lokey in Sydney, advising on a diverse range of transactions including growth equity financings, financial restructurings and M&A. Matt has also gained experience in the Private Investments team of Ellerston Capital, where he was first introduced to growth investing.

Matthew has a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) from the University of Sydney.
