Nick has nearly a decade of investing experience across both debt and equity. At Five V, he partners with founders and management teams to help scale standout businesses. His investment experience spans healthcare, business services, software, manufacturing, and consumer sectors across Australia and New Zealand.
Nick joined Five V in 2018 from Macquarie Group, where he was an Executive in the Principal Finance team. There, he focused on special situations across the capital structure, including credit (primary and secondary), distressed assets, and tailored equity investments.
Nick has a Bachelor of Applied Finance with Bachelor of Laws (1st Honours) from Macquarie University and completed the Advanced Management Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
